DAY 1: Ain’t so bad
Alright so day one is over.
I think I might have fucked up the second meal of the day by having a bit too much carbs and not enough proteins but hey, nobody’s perfect. I’ll rectify that by tomorrow and hopefully get my new routine going.
I didn’t have any troubles with cravings or anything so that’s good, drank a lot of water and did my 30 mins of exercise which wasn’t that bad. Right now, only got a bit of pain the my back but that’s normal after not having done push ups in so many years lol.
I haven’t weighted myself yet (woops!) I should have done that in the morning but forgot. Instead, I’ll do that tomorrow morning and have my little wake up call and see how bad the situation truly is.
Anyhow, so far so good… since dieting is super duper important and having the exercise done on the wrong diet is kinda useless, I really need to be very careful on that and I should be fine.
That’s it for now. I think documenting it might be a really good thing to do to make sure I keep my motivation up and always work toward the goal without setting myself one and taking it one day at a time instead.
